Our counsellors and therapists provide a safe, confidential space to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, or a significant life transition, counselling at Life Integrative offers compassionate, evidence-based support.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Our counsellors are trained in a range of approaches - including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and somatic therapies - and will work with you to find what resonates. Sessions are available in-person at the clinic. We believe that mental health is an integral part of overall health, which is why counselling sits alongside our physical health services at Life Integrative.
Our Team
With Serena R. Naramore
Relationships can be our greatest source of connection and joy, and our deepest source of pain and grief. Whether you are navigating communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust or recovering from betrayal, working through conflict cycles, healing after separation or divorce, or seeking healthier patterns of connection in your dating life, counselling can offer a safe and structured space to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
Couples counselling at Life Integrative is offered by Serena R. Naramore, a relationship counsellor who draws on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals and couples understand the patterns and attachment wounds that shape how they love, fight, and disconnect. Grounded in decades of research, the Gottman Method helps couples build friendship, manage conflict, and create shared meaning, while EFT works at the level of emotion and attachment, helping partners identify the underlying needs and fears that drive their patterns together. Used together, these approaches address both the practical and the deeply personal dimensions of a relationship.
Serena welcomes individuals, couples, and people in ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships.
